Bolt: Request a Ride saw fluctuations in weekly downloads, peaking at 4.8K during the week of August 15. However, there was a decline towards the end of the quarter, reaching around 2.7K by the last week of September. Active users remained relatively stable, ranging from approximately 101K to 113K, with a noticeable increase to 111K in the first week of September.

ETRANSPORT: Driver services experienced a significant drop in weekly downloads after an initial peak of 1.8K in mid-July. Downloads decreased to just over 200 by mid-September but saw a slight uptick to 388 in the last week of September.
